Certification Fees
Certification Fees are as follows:
- New Application – $175.00
- Reciprocity Application – $175.00
- Renewal Application – $175.00
- Renewal Sticker reprint – $25.00 per copy
- Operator Certificate reprint – $25.00 per copy
- File copy request of Operator submitted documents only (applications are not
elegible for this request) – $50.00/hr @ $1.00 per copy
There is no fee for certification upgrade applications.
The OCB accepts payment by cheque or credit card using the Credit Card Authorization Form.
Cash payments are not accepted.
