Renewal documents and payments CANNOT be dropped off at our address and will not be accepted by the commissionaire at that location.
3) Include copies of certificates or transcripts of completed Continuing Education courses or workshops and payment with the completed Renewal Application Form. Payment may be made by credit card or by cheque; payable to the SaskOCB.
The Renewal Application, copies of the certificates and payment must be received at the SaskOCB office by the meeting deadline, as noted on the SaskOCB website, to ensure it will be reviewed by the Board at the next meeting.
